About the Role
We are seeking a Warehouse Administrator/Despatch Clerk to join our client, a leading FMCG wholesale distribution company located near Eastern Creek. This is a critical role where reliability, organisation and strong communication are essential.

This role will work on an alternating schedule commencing at 3:00 am to 10:30 am, between Monday - Friday and Sunday-Thursday. Immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and maintain records for despatch and inventory systems
  • Operate computer systems for receiving, tracking and despatching goods
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of despatch documentation
  • Assist with inventory control and stock management processes
  • Support compliance with HACCP, QA and other regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with suppliers and auditors to ensure quality and safety standards
  • Maintain organised records and prepare regular reports as needed
  • Follow safe work practices and assist with workplace safety initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • RF experience (advantageous)
  • Must be reliable and able to work early morning shifts
