Metro will ensure the infrastructure is provided and personnel with the required knowledge, skill and experience are in place to respond rapidly to the changing nature of the recruitment market. Our belief in providing customers with quality, both in terms of service level and personnel, requires the company to continuously identify, update and adopt processes which ensure the accurate processing and timely delivery of customers’ orders.

Metro will monitor and measure the objectives and feedback to ensure the continual improvement of the Quality System.

Short Term Goals

1. Constantly review market opportunities and build strong relationships with current clients by providing excellent service and quality staff

2. Ensure quality standards are met and measured

3. Continuous development of the Quality Management System

4. Induct Operations personnel on RCSA minimum codes of conduct

Long Term Goals

1. Strive for stable annual net profit growth

2. Strive for stable trained internal staff with a high quality and customer service focus by developing employee skills to maximise efficiency of internal processes, RCSA codes of conduct, and provide opportunities for cross training and promotion.

3. Internal staff turnover target of less than 5% per annum

4. Identify opportunities interstate allowing the opportunity to tender for Managed Service Providers, National contracts through self-funded expansion or joint ventures with like-minded agencies.
